Normally documents are divided into three types as Educational, Non Educational and Commercial. All the three types of Indian documents could be attested from UAE Embassy in India. To reach the final attestation the document has to pass through some mandatory attestation from various authorized authority in India. The authority of primary, secondary and tertiary attestation depends upon the type of document. The detail descriptions are as under

 

Process 01

 

1. Firstly the document will be attested by the State Level Attestation Department
2. Secondly the document will be Attested by Ministry of External Affairs
3. Finally the document will be Attested by the Saudi Arabia Embassy (KSA)Embassy in New Delhi, India

Process 02

 

1. Firstly the document will be attested by the Home Department, Mumbai (Mumbai Mantralaya)
2. Secondly the document will be Attested by Ministry of External Affairs
3. Finally the document will be Attested by the Saudi Arabia Embassy (KSA) Embassy in New Delhi, India

Note:

 

(a) To complete the process, on the whole, it could take seventy to ninty working days and it may take some more time for transition and some unavoidable circumstances.
(b) Original Document is required, which to be attested, along with photocopy of passport (first and last page) of document holder.
(c) Prior to Saudi Arabia Embassy (KSA)Embassy Attestation an Attestation from Notary is required.

Process 01

2. Secondly the document will be Attested by Ministry of External Affairs
3. Finally the document will be Attested by the Saudi Arabia Embassy (KSA)Embassy in India
